ABOUT

I started windsurfing here in 1980. I've taught hundreds of people to windsurf. Some have gone on to work at Jibe City in Bonaire or to teach windsurfing and sailing in France. Some students immediately got back into windsurfing after a 30 year break.

For decades I would take my windsurf gear and rig out on the windy shoals of Georgian Bay. Since 2017 I've had a spot to keep sails rigged and ready to go. I've had fun offering lessons to neighbours from our island location.

I retired from a 30 year finance career and look forward to decades of teaching. Windsurfing is awesome and wing foiling has been growing rapidly since 2021. We became an official WeCANfoil hub in 2024. We now have a new building and even more room for state of the art gear.
